Approach to the development of ecological tourism in specially protected natural areas on the basis of system analysis

Abstract

The article contains a multi-level analysis of the current state of ecological tourism in specially protected natural territories of Russia, Primorsky Krai, the Federal State Budgetary Education “Land of the Leopard National Park”. Based on the system and statistical analysis of official statistics, data of economic activities of the national park, obtained in the official response of the directorate to the authors' request, it was concluded that the number of protected areas, tourist flows, development of tourism and recreation infrastructure, financial and economic activities increase annually. When considering protected areas at the regional level, there are
disproportions in the development of tourist and recreational activities. An analysis of the activities of the National Park "Land of the Leopard" in the field of eco-tourism revealed the level of its development, as well as a number of problems. The importance of developing
tourism in PAs is confirmed at the legislative level and is reinforced by the need to create favorable conditions for tourism and recreation; it is in this context of work that the importance of developing the infrastructure elements of tourism is noted. As part of the
planning and development of an action program for the short term, it becomes possible to offer a number of relevant recommendations that contribute to the development of eco-tourism in PAs. The proposed activities should be implemented at different levels of
responsibility, federal, regional and local. All recommendatory measures are aimed at a comprehensive  solution to the problems of the development of tourism activities and environmental education in protected areas.
